Cambridge Family Guest Annex | Part of Main House

This spacious annex forms part of the main residential property and is located within the same private plot. The accommodation is designed for family members, guests and visiting relatives, offering space and comfort within the grounds of the main house. The layout provides flexible accommodation for families or groups staying together, w/ multiple sleeping areas and bathrooms. The annex is not a separate dwelling and is not occupied independently from the main property. Free on-street parking.

Annex 1 is a bright studio-style space designed to be flexible and comfortable. It features a fold-away Murphy bed that converts into a sofa seating area during the day, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a kitchen with seating for two guests. An internal connecting door leads directly to Annex 2, allowing both spaces to be used together when booked as one property.

Annex 2 provides more spacious accommodation across two levels. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table seating up to four guests, a small sofa seating area, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. A staircase from the kitchen leads to a loft-style first floor bedroom with a super king-size bed and an additional comfortable double sofa bed.

Across the property there are two double beds and one sofa bed, along with two bathrooms in total.

Both annexes benefit from underfloor heating and are fully furnished for short or longer stays, including Wi-Fi, linen, towels and kitchen essentials. Guests also have access to a large private garden, ideal for relaxing outdoors.

There is free on-street parking available directly outside and on nearby roads.

For safety and security, external CCTV is in place at the front of the main house and in the garden area covering the annex entrances. There are no cameras inside the accommodation.
